Olivier Rupp, Business Lawyer in Paris

With a DESS (Master’s degree) in Business Law – Corporate Taxation and a DJCE (Diploma in Corporate Legal Counsel) from the University of Lyon, I initially worked as a corporate lawyer, legal advisor, and in an accounting and auditing firm before joining a Franco-German law firm as an associate in 1991.

From 1997 to 2025, I served as managing partner of another Franco-German law firm, which I left in 2025 to resume my independent practice.

For over 35 years, I have advised French subsidiaries of international groups—particularly German ones—as well as French companies, business leaders, and executives on all matters related to labor law, corporate law, and commercial law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, addressing not only legal issues but also operational and, where necessary, multicultural challenges.
